By using synthanai.com, including the UnmAI verification service at synthanai.com/unmai/verify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
Live UnmAI verification accepts factual claims and returns an evidence-based investigation result that can include a verdict, confidence context, evidence sources and provenance. The website displays the result returned by the UnmAI backend; it does not independently assign a verdict.
Evidence and limitations
UnmAI results reflect the evidence available at the time of the investigation and the system configuration then in use. Sources may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, conflicting or wrong. An UNVERIFIED or insufficient-evidence result means the system did not have enough reliable evidence to resolve the claim; it does not mean the claim is false.
Research figures, interface previews and example material elsewhere on the Synthan.AI website may remain illustrative or based on controlled evaluation sets. They are distinct from live UnmAI verification and are labelled accordingly.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or security controls; interfere with the service; probe for unauthorized access; upload malicious content; or use the service in violation of applicable law. Do not submit passwords, secrets, confidential material or sensitive personal information unless a future product feature explicitly supports that data with appropriate safeguards.
No professional advice or guaranteed accuracy
UnmAI is an evidence intelligence tool, not a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Nothing on the website or in a verification result constitutes legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Do not make high-impact decisions solely on the basis of an automated result. We do not guarantee that any result is complete, current or error-free.
External evidence sources
UnmAI may link to third-party evidence sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. A source being retrieved, cited or assigned a role by UnmAI is not itself a guarantee that the source is factually correct.
Intellectual property
The Synthan.AI and UnmAI names, logos, text, software interfaces and original website design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners.
Service changes and availability
UnmAI is evolving and may be changed, rate-limited, suspended or withdrawn while we improve reliability, security and product capabilities. Features described as beta, prototype, research or coming soon may change before general availability.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Synthan.AI is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a verification result, unavailable or incomplete evidence, third-party content, service interruption, or unauthorized use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
